At Meme Services, we work closely with families we support. That means we have robust standards when recruiting staff to become a part of our care team. We look for individuals who are:
Yes. As a live-in care provider, you ought to have your own room at the client’s home. At a minimum, you’ll need a single bed and a door that fully closes to ensure your privacy.
You can call your dedicated live-in care co-ordinator or field-based care manager if you ever need assistance while working. We strive to make sure our carers always have support, no matter the time of day or night.
As much as we may prefer that our givers have at least six months of experience before joining Meme Services Limited, we are willing to work with candidates who do not have experience. This calls for providing extensive training to ensure all new employees gain knowledge and skills required for a successful carer.
